At Natrix, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy.
Clients must notify Natrix of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact the sales department directly at 360-852-6473 during business hours (8am-5pm).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 20% charge of the scheduled service cost.This fee compensates our team for the time that was set aside specifically for you.
If our truck arrives and no pour is possible, a minimum $200 charge will be added to our mile surcharge total. Repeated no-pours may result in having to prepay for future services or lead to an inability to book future appointments.
Clients who are not ready to pour when we show up at the scheduled time will be given 15 minutes free of charge. Within 15 minutes, the client is still not ready, the client will be charged our current stand-by rate of $2.00 a minute. Any amount of time past 10 minutes given per yard will also be charged at $2.00 a minute
We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur and require rescheduling. Natrix management makes exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis.
For certain specialty services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. We apply this deposit to your service total or refund it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of Natrix-initiated cancellations for qualifying exceptions as determined by management.
