Nothing on the Site creates a contractor-client relationship, warranty, or binding obligation unless and until a separate written agreement is executed by both parties.

Any quote, bid, estimate, pricing range, or schedule provided through the Site, email, phone, or other communication methods is preliminary only and may change based on factors including, without limitation:
